Responsibilities:
1, according to the department enrollment plan, to complete the established enrollment tasks, responsible for course product sales;
2, responsible for receiving telephone consultation, to provide students with educational advisory services, and make learning planning, to promote student registration;
3, responsible for receiving visiting customers, according to customer needs, recommend the appropriate course;
4, to assist the teaching of the students in the education and teaching process to track and supervise, to maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
1, college education;
2, loyalty, self-confidence, diligence, quick response, strong expression, love the education industry;
3, with strong communication skills and understanding, learning ability, a good sense of customer service;
4, like the challenge, passion, self-motivation, persuasion ability, can withstand greater work pressure;
5, with education related professional or education and training background is preferred.
